Students walk in and out of Howard Phillips Hall in the Spring of 1980. Others sit by the Reflection Pond as the fountain goes off. The original building sign can be seen behind a student. Phillips Hall was originally known as the "Classroom Building") not to be confused with the current Classroom Building I.) Howard Phillips (1902-1979) was a prominent Orlando businessman and philanthropist, and the son of "Doctor Philips".
