The FTU (UCF) Library, seen from behind the construction of Millican Hall (Originally the Administrative Building) and a parking lot, with a lot of late 1960's vehicles. There is a large banner on the top floor of the Library that reads "Welcome!" The US and Florida state flags are flying on top of the Library. Note: The Welcome sign has been touched up on the print and looks as if it was darkened with a marker of some sort.
