The Staff Advisory Council met on January 15, 2025, from 9:30–10:25 a.m., welcoming new members and guest speakers Bernice Lugo and Kathleen Winningham from HRBC, who reminded attendees of the February 15 appraisal deadline and previewed the upcoming TEAM DYNAMIX intake system and Administrative Hub designed to standardize request submissions while continuing to use Workday. The council approved the prior meeting’s minutes, reviewed a total financial balance of $7,385.70, and received committee updates including the launch of a new SAC Facebook page, strong scholarship application activity ahead of a February 19 deadline, results of a Juneteenth survey showing 81% support for adding the holiday, and ongoing efforts to recruit additional USPS members.
