Achievements
"CARAT a patrol to south east Asia. ALPAC Alaska Barring sea. SOUTHPAC South America Patrol. There was a lot of highlights. I went to LA and San Diego a lot. There were a couple drug busts. I went through the Panama Canal. I saw Niagara falls while I was stationed in Buffalo. Nothing very exciting happened while I was in Florida, so I attended SPC a lot in my free time." – The Veteran.
Note
"I was an electrician's mate and I worked with a lot of men. My favorite and worst times was being on the Morgenthau and being miserable with the friends I made. I went in the military directly after high school because i didn't want to go to college yet. The Coast Guard taught me how to be an adult because I would of definitely not learned it in Titusville FL. Now I am back at UCF doing it better than I would of 10 years ago. I think I had 13 or so Accommodation letters."- The Veteran. Won team
