UCF Rosen College of Hospitality Management proudly presents the 2nd Women’s Hospitality Leadership Forum, Pathways to Success, on Friday, March 31, 2017 conducted on the UCF Rosen College Campus.
Keynote speakers this year include:
- Salli Setta, President, Red Lobster
- Mary Lynn Clark, President, Wyndham Vacation Rentals North America
- Dr. Maria Cristina Santana, Associate Professor and Program Director for UCF Women's and Gender Studies
- Alpana Singh, Master Sommelier, Restaurateur & Television Host
In addition, UCF's Dr. Amy Gregory will lead a panel including the following industry leaders:
- Melissa Boutwell, Director of Utilities & Optimization Strategies, Orange County Convention Center

The 2nd Women's Hospitality Leadership Forum is open to students, faculty, and hospitality industry professionals. This day is filled with inspirational and purposeful content, aimed toward elevating both the current and next generation of women hospitality executives. Held on March 31, 2017, the last day of Women's History Month, the Forum is geared toward recognizing the unique contributions of women in our industry. Please join us for an exciting conference uniquely focused on women’s leadership in the lodging, food and beverage, tourism, theme park, and event management sectors.

A "Speed" Career Counseling session is scheduled 12:45 PM to 1:15 PM, immediately following the buffet luncheon.
