Description
This piece was originally made as a final project for my previous 2D class as a warm/cold colors comparison, I wanted to include the certain aspects and properties we see in both birds in flight as well as the movement of our hands, which are both limitless in every form they take. My design and overall color choice was also made to emphasize this. Each bird represented a cool color scheme and each hand movement a warm color scheme. I incorporated the backgrounds to have similar outlooks in making each subject stand out. Though the overall idea or concept of this piece is that birds are simple in how they fly, they always follow a simple recipe or pattern and while our hands can be conditioned to do the same, they are more rough and vibrant as they change.
