    Tourists are gathered on the dock of the Caneel Bay Hotel. Nearby, a man and woman sit inside a round boat decorated with fabric covered seats and equipped with a round glass table, an umbrella, and a wooden totem. In the bay are various anchored boats. As of 2013, the Caneel Bay Resort, consisting of 150 acres, was leased to Rosewood Hotels by the United States National Park Service (NPS).
