Description
Black and white photo taken of the auditorium in Thomas White Hall, Bethune-Cookman University campus. The image is matted to a brown cardboard frame. The image is taken from the back of the empty auditorium, which has wood floors and a wooden, plank ceiling. From the ceiling hang two lightbulbs in a straight line; the chain of the third is visible at the top of the image. Six wooden beams support the roof on both the left and right sides of the auditorium. Elongated, paned windows line the left, front, and right sides of the auditorium, through which sunlight shines through. Wooden chairs are arranged in rows on the left and right sides of the image, with an aisle running up the center. The chairs face a wooden, elevated stage. A space heater is visible in front of the left part of the stage. On top of the stage sit wooden chairs along each wall. In the two corners of the stage are upright pianos. A baby grand piano with sheet music is at the center of the stage. Three paintings hang on the wall behind the baby grand piano.
