Warranty Deed conveying title for "ten acres more or less" of land in Slavia, FL. Seminole County to St. Luke's Slovak Evangelical Lutheran Church. Dec. 26, 1934. Trustees for St. Luke's were Andrew Duda, Jr. and Joseph Mikler. The other party was Sylvester E. Wilson, Inc. The document was filed with Seminole County as a public record on January 10, 1935 and recorded in Deed Book 82, Page 491. Document (both sides) scanned at SLLC on Epson 10000XL, October, 2012.
