Description

Warranty Deed, created on August 7, 1928 and filed in Public Records of Seminole County on September 25, 1928, in Book 48, page 210. Conveys to the congregation "sublot 93 of the subdivision made by Slavia Colony Co. in plat book 11, page 71... about 5 acres , more or less" of land. The Slavia Land Co. was registered in Cleveland, OH, Cuyahoga County. Signatures of corporate officers, George Breha and John Pankuch are affixed to the document, which was witnessed by John Spanur and S.A. Rajcak, Jr. For various reasons, this property was never used for its intended purpose as a cemetery. Document (both sides) scanned at SLLC on Epson 10000 XL, October, 2012.
