Two views. Mr. and Mrs. (Anna 'nee Duda) George Jakubcin, Sr. wear authentic Slovak costumes and pose in front of the Jakubcin home in Slavia, c. 1940s. The occasion for which they are wearing the costumes is not known, but may have been an ethnic gathering at Slovak Gardens, a community just a few miles from Slavia. 3x5 sepia snapshots, slightly bent, scanned on Epson10000XL at SLLC, 2011.
