Description

Rev. Wally M. Arp was born in 1958 to Rev. Gary and Marjorie Arp and grew up in Iowa. During his seminary training at Concordia Seminary, Ft. Wayne, IN, he served from 1986-87 as Vicar for St. Luke's Lutheran Church, Slavia, under the supervision of Rev. E.J. Rossow. Upon graduation from Seminary, he received a call to be pastor of Risen Christ Lutheran Church (Davenport, IA), where he served until receiving a call from St. Luke's to return, with his wife, Lois, and their four children, to FL.
