Description

The Lutheran Haven Retirement Center...a village for seniors who wished to live independently... began when the first duplex was constructed in 1965. Many additional units (both duplexes and quadruplexes) were erected in ensuing years. A view of the exterior of first duplex erected in 1965 (first residents were Rev. and Mrs. George Marcek) and interior views, typical of this era of Retirement Center development.
