Description

Rev. Wally M. Arp, who served the congregation first as a Vicar (student pastor) in 1987 and returned ten years later to serve as Assistant Pastor, then as Senior Pastor of St. Luke's, is shown performing several of his functions at St. Luke's: administering the Sacraments of Baptism and Holy Communion and blessing the young people who have been prepared through intense study and then professed their faith on their Confirmation Day.
