Description

Katarina Zatko Duda (left) with an unidentified woman, stands near a river...likely in Slovakia, c.1908-1910. The children playing in the water cannot be identified, but may be the Duda children. In 1912, Katarina left Slovakia, taking her daughter and 3 young sons with her, and traveled to America, where she rejoined her husband, Andrew Duda, Sr. and the family began their new life together in Slavia, Florida.
