During that period, they lived in Lakewood, OH and attended their old church (Holy Trinity Slovak Lutheran Church in Cleveland) until a new congregation in Lakewood was formed. Ferdinand was the youngest child of Andrew and Katarina Duda. He was born in Europe (Slovakia), April 22, 1909 and died in Slavia on September 17, 1996.
