Description

A black and white image of the exterior of the old laundry facility at Bethune-Cookman University. The building has a brick exterior, but part is also made of wood. There are two doors, one on the front of the building and the other at the left of the building. Clothes can be seen hanging in the left window of the building. Looking through the open door of the building, a shelf and table can be seen, and possibly a person standing by the window, but he cannot be clearly seen. To the right of the laundry building is an unidentified building. Many trees can be seen in the image, with Spanish moss hanging from the branches. Utility poles can also be seen. On the back of the image is written in pencil, "Old laundry building; Bethune Cookman Old Laundry Bldg, 1960s." The photographer's stamp is also on the back, giving the address and phone number of the studio.
