Description
Scott Galloway interviews Aaron Canafe, a 21 year old graduated student that studied Biomedical Sciences, via Zoom about the impact of COVID-19 on his life. Aaron discusses the transition out of physical classes and into the online modality which affected his stay on campus. Canafe was an out of state student hailing from California that was staying at the Towers dormitory on campus. He describes the moving out process and the feeling of leaving the campus earlier than expected. Aaron discusses graduation and his perspective of the celebration that, to him, was less grandiose in comparison to what he had thought. Canafe also describes his participation in recreation activities at the “Breezeway” or the John T. Washington Center on campus. He concludes that people underestimate the pandemic and how long it takes to fully recover from it, hoping that people should always take the pandemic seriously.
