Description
This is the Fall 2014 edition of the UCF Cocoa & Palm Bay Newsletter which celebrates the accomplishments and community activity of the faculty, staff, and students from the University of Central Florida Cocoa and Palm Bay campuses. Some of the exciting items in this issue:
-The Speech Team qualified students for seven events in the NFA national tournament
-The Cocoa campus hosted a viewing of Dr. Robert Cassanello and Dr. Lisa Mill's documentary, The Committee
-The College of Nursing graduating seniors had a 100% pass rate on the NCLEX for the 5th year in a row
-The new Pathways project began for Direct Connect Students
-The Cocoa & Palm Bay campuses surpassed last year's efforts in support of The Children's Hunger Project and the Central Brevard Sharing Center
