Conference Logistics
Structure
ELO 2026 will be held fully online. All registered participants will receive the Zoom information for the conference tracks, as well as an invitation to the ELO Discord server, for connecting with other participants. Please do not share the Zoom information, or post it publicly, as this increases the risk of disruption during the live sessions.
Sessions are scheduled during daytime hours using Orlando time (Eastern Daylight Time), as the hosting team is located in this region. To facilitate participation and interaction from those located around the world, our team is committed to posting recordings as soon as feasible. All recordings will remain available as part of the open access archive of the conference. Participation in the conference indicates willingness to be recorded and preserved in the open access archive. Materials will not be removed after the completion of the conference.

This includes warning the offender or expulsion from the conference platforms. Participants asked to stop any harassing behavior are expected to comply immediately.
