Registration
As part of ELO 2026's commitment to access and inclusion, there is no registration fee for the conference itself. However, all participants are required to be members of the ELO: this includes both those in presenting roles, and those planning to attend. This support is critical to keeping this organization and events like these alive: there is an option to make a donation in lieu of a registration fee when joining, and we encourage those who are able to do so!

Participants are asked to register by May 22nd to confirm their spot in the program. Registration is free, but all participants listed on the program in any capacity (papers, panels, workshops, performances, and exhibitions) must be ELO members. Waivers are available for those with extreme financial need: please reach out to the chairs.Only those who have registered will receive the Zoom information for the conference. Zoom tracks will be moderated, and those not registered will be asked to leave to ensure the safety and access of all participants. However, the open access proceedings and recordings will remain available to all.
