Marco Island Historical Museum

This program includes interviews with Craig Woodward of the Marco Island Historical Museum, which highlights the history of the Calusa Indians, and Dr. Rachel Wentz, head of the Florida Public Archaeology Network (FPAN) East Central Region. Now that the museum has been built, it is hoped that many Calusa artifacts, currently housed in other states and countries, can be returned to the state of Florida.
