Dr. Maria Cristina (MC) Santana-Rogers is a Modern Languages and Literatures Department faculty guest this season to talk about her experiences working with UCF students and alumni. Listen to MC share how she came to UCF and worked in support of several academic programs and during more than 10 years at the university. MC is currently the coordinator of and Associate Professor for the Latin American, Caribbean, and Latinx studies program. She is a UCF Fellow in the Center for Global Economic and Environmental Opportunity, a UCF partner in the Puerto Rico Research Hub, and a UCF Fellow in the Center for the Study of Trafficking and Modern Slavery. Hear MC share stories about her students, what her classroom communities have taught her, and some of the wonderful things that her former students have been up to since graduation.
