In this episode, you will hear Dr. Alla Kourova share how she found her way to the UCF Modern Languages Department and then developed the Russian language minor in collaboration with the History department and the Russian as a Critical Language Undergraduate Certificate. Hear her talk about her research and collaborations through the STARTALK grant. Her message to students includes encouragement to pursue research interests. Her stories about research with her students at UCF illustrate the benefits of developing solid collaborations with faculty that students can pursue both during and after their time enrolled at UCF.
