The Iron Rage Plus One
Abstract
This novella presents the reader with a compelling and character driven story. The novella will explore the timely issue of the effects of rapidly growing communities on family structure, socially acceptable behavior, and moral constructs. The characters will represent a defiance of the established white, patriarchal, heterosexual social structure of their community. On the level of the characters, while each contributes to statements about social relevancies, their progression will also reveal individual growth, struggle, and conquest. This project will find relevance among discontented youth and challenge readers to transform righteous anger into positive change.
