KENNEDY SPACE CENTER, FLA. New stabilizing fin is hoisted into position on the Skylab 4 launch vehicle first stage, as workmen replace original fins, found to have corrosion cracks in them. The work brought about a slippage in launch date, to allow recertification of the Saturn IB vehicle. Launch of Skylab 4 astronauts Gerald P. Carr, Dr. Edward G. Gibson and William R. Pogue has been slated for no earlier than November 15.
