Rebecca Hines and Lisa Dieker, UCF Faculty members, share practical ideas for the role of support personnel (SLP, OT, PT) as well as administrators and instructional assistants to support students with disabilities and their families and their teachers. They discuss how that role should be clear with synergy and organized in a way logical to parents, teachers and students with disabilities. They also provide examples from the field.
