Description of Services

Children ages 1-20 yrs old receiving medicaid are eligible for all dental services. Adults over the age of 20 yrs old with medicaid are eligible for emergency dental care. All patients without medicaid needing emergency dental care please contact the dental office for information on other possible options. Accepted DentalQuest Medicaid, United and Liberty dental plans as well as Visa, Mastercard, and cash. Billed to health insurance or sliding scale based on income if no insurance. Call for prices of individual services.
