Description of Services
The Center for affordable housing in Sanford has 20 single family transitional housing units within Seminole county. It is designed to assist homeless families in gaining permanent housing. Subsidies for rent and utilities are provided on a sliding scale fee. Participants are offered rent & utility subsidies, counseling, case management, advocacy, financial education and self-efficiency training.
