Description of Services
Free Bankruptcy Legal Advice Clinics hosted by Community Legal Services of Mid-Florida (CLSMF) will typically be held the fourth Monday of every other month from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Prospective clients will have the chance to meet with an attorney to receive free legal advice regarding their particular case. Call ahead to register.
Office Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m.-12:00 p.m., Closed for lunch from noon to 1 p.m. and reopens 1:00 p.m.-3:00 p.m.
Office will be open from 3:00 p.m.-5:00 p.m. for appointments only

It is strongly suggested that you bring the following with you to the Clinic: List of current creditors List of current assets (bank accounts, retirement accounts, savings, etc.) Your credit report (only if you have a one within the last 30 days) Income information from all sources (employment, Social Security, retirement, etc.)
***If you plan to file jointly your spouse must attend as well and bring all of the above information pertaining to them***
