Additional Information
Must have an appointment and come in for a clinical breast exam or bring prescription for free breast exam and have completed by Health Dept MD or ARNP. From there a screening or diagnostic exam will be ordered based on needs of patient. The clinical breast exam and mammograms are offered for uninsured and underinsured women ages 50-64 in Orange, Lake and Seminole Counties WHO MEET low income requirement (below 200% of federal poverty guidelines). You must call for eligibility.
*PAP testing will be offered for free as well to those who have not had one within 3 years of scheduled appointment
