Executive Vice President & General Manager Tricia Taylor gives us the inside scoop on what it means to manage such a unique hotel and why she still loves her role 24 years in. She explains to Rosen Colleges' Sr. Director for Advancement, Danielle Orchard, why she is looking to Rosen College for future star employees.
