Microcomputer Anxiety: The Case Of The Apprehensive Female.
Abstract
The successful implementation of microcomputer technology by women in organizational contexts may be affected by microcomputer anxiety. Microcomputer anxiety stems from technological, organizational, individual (psychological and educational) and social/economic factors. More education providing hands-on experiential computer interaction with supportive assistance is needed.
