Title

An analysis of employees' job involvement in a community-based AIDS service organization

Abstract

This study analyzes employees' job involvement in a community-based AIDS Service Organization (ASO). The study reveals that these employees have a relatively high level of job involvement and that three job-related factors are significantly correlated to the job involvement. The three factors are: employees' perceived job security, attitude toward their organization, and the conflict between job and family. The study further explains the importance of these findings to the management of ASOs.
