Abstract
A multidimensional gamma-ray spectrometer with innovative, low-cost pulse-height analysis system is described which is particularly adapted to use in modest laboratories. The system is well suited to measuring many kinds of geophysical and environmental samples. At present, it is set up to measure 26Al in lunar and meteorite samples, and it is capable of measuring that radioisotope in such samples down to the order of 0.3 dpm/sample. Representative measurements are included on 26 meteorite samples.
