Ultra-Low Jitter Frequency Stabilized Mode-Locked Laser
Abstract
We report a low noise, frequency stabilized, semiconductor based, 10.287 GHz actively mode-locked laser with 1000 finesse intracavity etalon, with a timing jitter (1Hz-100MHz) of 3 fs and optical linewidth <1 kHz. © 2009 Optical Society of America.
