Photovoltaic Test Laboratory Accreditation And Product Certification
Abstract
This paper describes the needs for laboratory accreditation and certification for quality improvement of photovoltaic products. A case study of implementing such a program by the Florida Solar Energy Center (FSEC) is presented. Similar efforts worldwide are briefly discussed.
