Abstract
A partially integrated, multiwavelength hybridly modelocked semiconductor laser generates 14 ps FWHM pulses at 12.5 GHz. Spectral interferometry suppresses the odd-order longitudinal modes to produce a 25 GHz optical comb for wavelength division multiplexing.
