High Speed Coarse-Fine Laser Beam Steering Module For Polarization-Multiplexed Optical Scanner
Abstract
An attempt is made to elaborate upon the concept of combined coarse-fine 3-D Polarization-Multiplexed Optical Scanner (P-MOS) for near continuous optical scanning. Basic system theory, architecture and performance results are described.
