Keywords

Abstract
The paper highlights the rapidly growing nature of the vacation ownership industry in the context of matching product and service offerings with consumer needs, wants, and expectations. In this vein, the main contention of this paper is that the addition of an onsite food and beverage outlet enhances consumer satisfaction and increases operator profits, both of which are a natural outcome of market maturation. © 2002 Elsevier Science Ltd.
