Title
Extended Means As Weighted Means
Keywords
Extended means; Inequalities; Weighted means
Abstract
Extended means can be viewed as special cases of the well-known weighted means. With this point of view, many properties of the extended means, like monotonicity and convexity, can be derived very easily from the corresponding established results of the weighted means.
