Multi Spatial Soliton Excitation By A Single Beam In Non-Critically Phase-Matched Biaxial Crystals
Abstract
Multiple soliton generation due to spatial anisotropy in non-critical phase-matching (NCPM) KNbO3 was carried out. An attempt was also made to evaluate whether the deformation factor of the fundamental wave (FW) or the second harmonic (SH) wave plays the key role in multiple soliton generation. No splitting was found when solely FW or solely SH deformation was assumed.
