Laser Fabricated Waveguides In Various Materials
Abstract
Waveguiding devices are fabricated in various optical materials, including oxide glasses, chalcogenide glasses and polymers. Their optical properties are characterized, and the photo-induced structural modifications are inferred from Raman spectroscopy data.
