Title
Progress On Silicon Carbide Hybrid-Design Optical Sensors For Extreme Environments
Abstract
Progress is reported on the surface and polarization studies of the single crystal Silicon Carbide chips used to enable hybrid design optical sensors. Experiments show chip robustness to perturbations in polarization and surface flatness. © 2006 Optical Society of America.
