Two-Photon Absorbing Fluorene Derivatives With Efficient Stimulated Emission Depletion (Sted) For Bioimaging
Abstract
Stimulated emission depletion (STED) is fast becoming an important photophysical process for superresolution microscopy. We report the synthesis, linear and nonlinear photophyscial characterization of a new probe for potential use in STED microscopy and bioimaging. © 2011 OSA: BODA/NTM/OMP/OTA.
