Low-Loss Coupling Between Single-Mode Optical Fibers With Very Different Mode-Field Diameters
Abstract
We demonstrate a method of multifrequency atomic force microscopy in which optically induced forces are measured. Such a modality permits the simultaneous acquisition of the near-field light intensity and its local gradient. © OSA 2012.
