High-Index Contrast, Low-Voltage Lithium Niobate Modulators
Abstract
Y-cut thin film lithium niobate optical modulators with Vπ.L of 4V.cm are demonstrated by making high index contrast waveguides of lithium niobate on silicon substrates. Preliminary high speed measurement results are shown. © 2013 IEEE.
