Substrate-Blind Photonic Integration
Abstract
Using high-index glasses as the backbone optical material, both passive and active photonic devices with record performance were successfully integrated on a wide variety of substrates including semiconductors, glasses, infrared crystals, polymers, and graphene. © 2015 Optical Society of America.
