Spectral Broadening Of A High Average Power Yb: Kgw Laser
Abstract
Broadening and compression efficiency of high average power NIR pulses from a Yb:KGW laser amplifier, undergoing self-phase modulation in a series of thin fused silica plates, is investigated through spatial characterization of spectrum and power.
