2-Terminal Organic Fpa Pixel Design For Curved Image Sensors
Abstract
We demonstrate a novel 2-terminal pixel design to enable the fabrication of curved image sensors using organic semiconductors. The vertically-stacked anti-polar diode (VAD) pixel incorporates a blocking diode to provide a low-current and light-independent OFF state under forward bias.
